I recently purchased a Synology NAS system, a 10GbE network card, and four 16TB Seagate IronWolf Pro drives from MicroAid, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Struggling to find a replacement, on line, for my gen 5 surface pro (which could not be updated to Windows 11) I contacted Microaid, within an hour Adrian contacted me by telephone, listened to my requirements and that afternoon sent me a proposal for a few options. We spoke again the following day to confirm a few details, I agreed to proceed and received the unit the following day.

As a non technical person it was so nice to be able to deal with a human being whom I felt I could trust from the outset. It was an absolute pleasure being able to resolve this issue with Adrian's help.
