After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.We accept credit card payment. We also accept bank transfer. If this option is choosen we will send you our bank account details immediately. Overnight courier service €12.50 + vat. Next day delivery covers most parts of Ireland.However, there are a few areas where this service can take two working days. Orders must be placed before 4pm to avail of this service.UK Delivery - there are several options available. Normal next day €12.50+vat; pre-noon/pre 9am etc. Saturday deliveries available also.
Orders are normally sent to shipping when in stock immediately on the same business day. A special overnight courier service is available for €12.50 +vat. Orders must be placed before 4pm to avail of this service. The overnight delivery service as defined above covers about 80% of Ireland. If in doubt please contact us by phone or email.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. On average, 85% of total orders are dispatched and with the customer within one to two working days.
For all orders 21% VAT is added except where a valid tax exemption number is given. We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not happy with any product ordered we will issue a refund on receipt of the returned product. We must be informed within 7 days of your receipt of the order; the product must be unopened and unused (except of course where the item is faulty and under warranty). Return freight/postage may be at customer's expense - except when it is a warranty issue. In some rare instances, and depending on the manufacturer, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.
